DOA - 2 HOUR

DOA POLICY 
All orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Overnight, we will communicate about an order hold if there is severe weather or other delays occuring in the shipping or receiving area.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, you must send a photo of the dead (not stressed, see our 2 day stay alive guarantee) coral within 2 hours of original scheduled delivery time. Once we receive the photo, we will issue a replacement if possible, or a CASH REFUND. This INCLUDES SHIPPING. 
H D Reef cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company’s unforeseen circumstances that may cause your shipment to arrive late.
We are not responsible for an incorrect address provided by the buyer
All sales are final.
